From Suffolk, England "Cradle of Filth", have signed a worldwide record deal with Napalm Records. The powerful Austrian metal label couldn't be prouder to have this stone metal icon on its extensive roster.

Formed in 1991, when Daniel Davey, aka "Dani Filth", finished his studies and influenced by the heavy music of bands like Black Sabbath, Emperor, Venom, Slayer and especially Iron Maiden, decided to form Cradle of Filth.

Cradle of Filth is synonymous with the revolution of the most extreme Black Metal and is responsible for the emergence of several bands that follow this genre of metal. In 1991 they released "Filtering Rule", followed by the excellent "Principle of Badly Made Flesh" in 1994, leading to themes for film classics such as "Cruelty and The Beast" and "Midian".

Defying the trends that could affect the most faithful followers, Cradel of Filth, despite its unwavering touring schedule, has successfully challenged the mainstream world. More recent offerings like 2015's Hammer Of The Witches and 2017's Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay continued to reinforce Filth's unrelenting legacy, until the band, along with the rest of the universe, was abruptly halted by global pandemic in 2020. In the Top10 with 2021's "Existence Is Futile", Filth had a representative on the Billboard, Hard Music, Rock & Metal, U.K. Independent Albums chart.

Napalm Records now has the honor of delivering the band's haunting brand to the masses as their music scene reaches into the future.

Says CRADLE OF FILTH mastermind Dani Filth:

"It is with great anticipation and excitement that we announce our move to Napalm Records, having seen and heard many complimentary things about the label, which in turn leads us to believe that this will be the perfect nest for Cradle Of Filth in 2022 and beyond.

We would like to thank all our fans for their continued support and trust in us doing the right thing for the band and their music.

All hail the eternal 'Filth!"

Thomas Caser, CEO of Napalm Records adds:

"We are thrilled to welcome the most influential and iconic extreme metal band to our ever-growing Napalm Records family. Having been fans of the band since their first album, it is with great honor and excitement that we can work with them from now on! We are ready to conquer the metal world with Cradle Of Filth!"
