SACRED SIN is a Portuguese heavy metal band from Lisbon. Founded in 1991, became one of the most recognizable metal bands from Portugal in the 90s being featured in all international medias.  SACRED SIN was the first Portuguese band to be featured on MTV  and the first Portuguese heavy metal band to tour Europe... 

SACRED SIN music is nowadays classified as «Old School Death Metal», mixing melodic and technical death metal styles and their lyrics focus on spiritual, philosophical, and environmental themes. 

July 2022 the 9th full length album «Storms over the dying world» CD was released by Lusitanian Music (Portugal), is considered one of the best releases of the band, and is receiving excellent reviews from media and fans.
